Returns & Exchanges

At Shoe Bakery, we want you to be completely sweetened by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Sweets

  Carefully place the unworn shoes back into their original signature bakery box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
